Delete your RacquetIQ account

You can ask us to delete your RacquetIQ account and the personal information held in it. This page explains how to do that — whether or not you can still sign in — and exactly what happens to your data.

If you can still sign in

Use the tool inside the app. It shows you an itemized plan of exactly what would be removed, anonymized, and kept for your specific account before anything happens, and it lets you export your data first.

Go to Settings → Delete account

If you can’t sign in

Email us and we’ll handle it for you. We can’t take the request from this page, because we have no way to confirm from a logged-out browser that the account is yours — so the request is made by email from an address we can check against the account.

Email support@racquetiq.app

Please send it from the email address on the account where you can, and include your full name, the club or academy you belong to, and whether you want just your own account deleted or your whole family household. If you write from a different address, we’ll ask you to confirm ownership before we do anything.

What happens to your data

Removed
Your profile and contact details, your household record, your messages and interaction history, and your progress feed are deleted outright.
Anonymized
Records a club needs to keep its operations and audit trail intact — bookings, attendance, cancellations, and activity logs — are kept with the details that identify you stripped out.
Kept, because the law requires it
Payment, receipt, and credit records are retained where a club is legally required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes. These are not deleted on request, but you can still export them.
Needs a separate request to your club
Some records — a club’s own player roster, attendance and check-in history, call logs, and coach lesson notes — live in an older system that RacquetIQ can read but cannot change. A deletion request here does not remove those, and we will not tell you otherwise. Ask your club’s front desk to clear them, and we will point you to the right person if you ask us.

You are always offered an export of your data before anything is deleted. Deletion is permanent — once a record is removed we cannot restore it, and you would need to create a new account to use RacquetIQ again.

Children’s accounts

A child’s account is managed by their parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian, you can request deletion of your child’s information the same way, and you can choose to delete your whole household at once.
